At Isidore Leroy, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our wallpapers and wallcoverings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and undamaged rolls within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the unused wallpaper rolls in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that bespoke or custom-sized murals are non-returnable.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
